On April 16, 2005, a group of lake residents walked and drove to four of the six spots identified in the Land-Tech study as areas to focus on for future stormwater management programs. Mike Bartos of Land-Tech (author of the study) accompanied the residents.
The sites are:
- Site 1 – Approximately 150 feet north of the Corner of Truesdale Lake Drive and Lake Shore Drive
- Site 2 – Corner of Truesdale Lake Drive and Lake Shore Drive
- Site 3 – Between 21 and 23 Truesdale Lake Drive, TEA Beach area (photos and video of problem) (not shown in photos below but click link to see stormwater work completed in 2009)
- Site 4 – Off of Boway, the main stream feeding into the lake
- Site 5 – At end of north spur of Hoyt Street (not shown in photos below)
- Site 6 – Corner of Lake Shore Drive and Gilbert Street
- South end of Lake Truesdale (Mike Bartos is in blue hat)
