Meeting Dates and Deadlines
At the Fall TEA Board Meeting, scheduled for Monday, October 5, 2020, the board will nominate a slate of officers and board members for the upcoming 2 year term 2021-2022.
If you wish to volunteer for the TEA board, as a TEA officer, or as a committee member, please get in touch with corresponding secretary Rob Cummings at tea@truesdalelake.com before the Fall meeting on Oct 5.
The officer and board nominations will be presented to membership along with committee chairs and members. A vote will be taken and the new slate will be ratified at the annual TEA Fall Membership Meeting on Monday, November 2, 2020. Typically the membership meeting takes place at the Horse & Hound Inn, but it is currently unclear what the CDC and NY State guidelines will be for in-person meetings in November. We will make our decision in accordance with these requirements.
The Annual TEA Spring meeting was held via Zoom in April 2020 and went well, so we have some virtual meeting experience under our belt.
