Lake Survey Report – April 27, 2015

First lake survey of 2015 completed Monday, April 27, 2015 by Allied Biological. Summary below and report attached.

“Truesdale Lake aesthetically looks good. Trace amounts of benthic filamentous algae, Curlyleaf Pondweed and Chara observed around launch and beach area. Lake currently supporting 50% of varied Curlyleaf Pondweed growth. Most plants in 2-5′ depth water with sparse densities in south end of lake lessening to trace amounts moving north. Most growth along western shoreline and south shallower end. Plants average 8″-18″ in length, but at least 18″-24″ below the surface. Plant growth not considered problematic at this time.”
