Twice around the short course was the selection for last race of the summer series. Mike G was in the lead for the first 2 buoys but Mark caught up and sped off around the third. Jack worked his way up to second on the second lap. Ira stayed with Jack the whole way and nearly beat him out for 2nd overall for the 2nd time in the day. Ray burst out of the trailing pack of 5 to take 4th. Skip passed Mike G in the last feet of the course to take 5th. Mike G held on to cross in front of Mike D. Rob came up 8th. Alan and Max headed home after the start but they’ll be back again! | |
