An approaching storm brought strong, gusty winds to the first race. Jack broke away early and was caught and eventually passed by Mark on the last leg. Skip had another strong showing, edging by rookie racer Anthony. Mike Dollar was next, breathing down Anthony’s back. Ira and Bob dueled for the next spot and it was Mike vs. Mike for #8 and 9. Rob couldn’t figure the wind out and staggered across the finish line at what seemed like dinner time (to him). | |
