This is a 1 page PDF scan of a December 10, 1951 (Filed June 10, 1952) Map titled "Survey of Section A for Truesdale Lake Estates, Inc." shows only subdivisions of northern Truesdale Lake Drive. Later map of Section A shows Salem Lane, Truesdale Lake Drive, and Boway intersection with Truesdale Lake Drive covering entire subdivision of section A. Section A is referred to in the TEA Bylaws (click to download TEA Welcome Packet including TEA Bylaws).

This map also shows Salem Lane as 'future section B' and southern Truesdale Lake Drive as 'future section C.' Later Maps clearly show Stewart Road as "Section C" but we have not located a map titled "Section B" so it is possible the Salem Lane section was section B but it was absorbed into the larger section A in the 1953 final subdivision map.

This is a 1 page PDF scan of a January 3, 1975 (Filed April 7, 1975) Map titled "Resubdivision of Boway Estates" showing properties between Hoyt Lane (paper road joining Boway with Hoyt Street parallel to Main Street). This parcel is referred to in 1953 Deed transfer as Parcel IX. At this time we are unable to locate Section E Map but we have not given up. This is a 2 page PDF scan of a 1927 (Filed Feb 29, 1928) Map titled "Map of Section 4A of Truesdale Lake Property" showing Hoyt Street, Lawrence Street (paper road - does not exist), and Boway (labeled as "Highway"). This map is referenced in the Truesdale Deed from 1953 specifically as the border line, properties 5A and 6A, to Parcel IX which is the future "Boway Estates" properties from present day Country Lane to one house before Main Street. The Boway Estates end at the paper road "Hoyt Lane" which was never built.

This is a 2 page PDF scan of a 1938 Map titled "Revised Map of Section One of Truesdale Country Club Colony" showing Lake Shore Drive, Red Pine Lane (called Gilbert Street now), and Van Norden Lane (paper road) on the western part of the lake. This map is referenced in the Truesdale Deed from 1953 specifically for the lakeside lot marked "Reserved" at the corner of Lake Shore and Red Pine/Gilbert. This is Parcel __ in the 1953 deed.
