Form for obtaining a boat sticker to enable boat use on Truesdale Lake. Note you must be a deeded lake rights member in good standing of TLPOA, TEA, or have lakefront property to obtain a sticker for boating on Truesdale Lake.

Associate members of TEA are not eligible to register a boat on the lake. Applications are checked against a list of TEA, TLPOA, Vreeland, and Lake Shore Drive addresses.

There are instructions on the form for where to send it (via mail or email). The form can be filled out on your computer and printed out or emailed.
